Ossau-Iraty is the designation of origin of an uncooked pressed sheep's milk cheese made in the Basque Country and Béarn. This appellation originates from the Pic du Midi d'Ossau and the Iraty forest and has been commercially preserved via an AOC since 1980 and an AOP since 1996.

Jurancon
Royal, Jurançon entered history at the baptism of the future Henri IV, whose lips would have been moistened with a few drops of this cru. This wine cannot hide its mountain origin.Perched on a balcony facing the Pyrenean chain, the vines benefit from the protection of the Pic du Midi d'Ossau. The local grape varieties (petit manseng) mark the personality of sweet, syrupy or dry wines.
Our favorite goes to the dry Jurançon from the Cauhapé estate in Monein.
